I am serving in the teaching profession for the last 29 years. Presently, I am working as Head of Electronics department at Government Polytechnic Arvi, District Wardha, Maharashtra, India. I completed Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering as well as M.A. in Public Administration from prestigious RTM Nagpur University, India.
Likewise, I am a keen observer of human psychology. I write on education, technology, motivation for educators, students, and parents. After the age of fifty, I started my retirement planning. I am serving for enjoyable life of elder people.
I published two books.
